Child Sponsorship Program

The Child Sponsorship program is an arm of Evangelistic World Outreach, Inc., directed by Tom and Bev Brumbley.
The Past
At the ages of 19 and 20 and after having been married onl y 2 1/2 months, the late Dr. Ray Chamberlain, founder of our home church in Salisbury, MD, sent us to Haiti. In November 1972, we established Evangelistic World Outreach, Inc. in Port-au-Prince.
Through the years, many ministries have emerged
- A Boy's Orphanage
- A Clinic
- Carpentry Shop
- Elementary Schools
- Bible Schools
- An English School
- Adult Education Classes
- Churches
- Bible Chapel Program
- Feeding Programs
The Present...
God continues to supply growth as we labor for Him.
Besides our Headquarters in Port-au-Prince, EWO has extended into the Southern countryside areas.
- La Vallee, Jacmel - a Church
- Petit Grove - a Church and Elementary School
- Armoux - a Church, Elementary and High Schools
- Losier - a Church
- Banda-Chita - a Church
- Caiman - a Church and School
- Seven other Churches and Four Schools Started by Pastors Who are a Part of Our National Board.
- We Presently have a Daily Feeding Program in our Port-au-Prince School and a Vitamin Program in Petit Goave, Arnoux, Orangers, and Meyer Schools.
- Construction Continues as We Endeavor to Provide Adequate Sanctuaries for the Church People and Classrooms for the Students.
The Future...
Our vision is to continue to prepare and train the Haitians so they can reach their own people.
